This product popped up at the top of my search and seemed to fit the bill perfectly; only I was concerned about the reviews slamming the shoddy packaging and resulting broken ornaments.

Time was short, and so I took the chance and placed my order. The box arrived ahead of schedule. It was securely shut with tape and the cardboard was sturdy enough; I gave it a little shake and was reassured when I didn't hear any shards tinkling together. Sure enough, all 12 were unbroken. The glass is more dense than I had supposed based upon the reviews and so seem less fragile than similar types of ornaments; however, I do agree with the statements that the interior packaging needs improvement.
